Year 7 Councillors

It has been another active year for the Ursuline School Council. This year student councillors have focussed on good mental health, encouraging every student to share positive messages in their form groups. The School Council has also kick started the Teratrees Ursuline Goes Green, environmental project to raise money for trees and plants for the school site. Councillors also made their voices heard about the Sanctions and Rewards policy in discussions  with the Senior Leadership team, interviewed teaching candidates, reported issues from their form groups and much, much more!

“Being on the school council is really important as it gets students’ voices heard and helps get problems sorted…….being on the council this year has help me work on my skills……teamwork, SERVIAM, confidence and kindness,  I would like to be on the school council again as it is a great opportunity and give you great ideas and confidence”.
