Some of Year 12 had a special Faith Day spent at East London Mosque in Whitechapel. This venue was selected due to being one of the biggest mosques in London. The mosque includes an educational centre, as well as facilities for both men and women and SEN as well as the community. Pupils were able to enter the central mosque to see where prayers are conducted as well as receive a 'bird's eye view' of the mosque from the 4th Floor.

The tour included going past the primary/secondary school, beehive, ladies centre, marriage and funeral services as well as conference and meeting rooms. Pupils were given a talk about what Islam believes as well as its links with other faiths. Students were also given a presentation on the history of the mosque and shown pictures of mosques around the world with different layouts. Students concluded the day by taking part in role play activities.
